POEMS
A Kiss

A kiss upon my forehead
To make it better somehow
I close my eyes to tell the truth.
To say it's over now.

A kiss upon my cheek
To taste my bitter tears
I turn my head to say it all.
To fight all my fears.

A kiss upon my hand
To ask me back today
I ask you please, to let it be.
To tell you I'll never stay.

A kiss upon my lips
To soothe all the pain
I turn around and walk away.
Please let me go in vain.
